Nicky Whelan, born 10 May 1980 in Australia, is a model and actress. In Australia her name was made famous for the role Pepper Steiger that she played on the soap opera Neighbors in a total of 100 episodes from 2006 to 2007. In Hollywood it was her first time on two projects. The first was Hollywood & Wine in which she played a young actor who was aspiring to be a star. Then by landing a recurring role in the ninth season of Scrubs which portrayed Maya the very hot medical student. The show abruptly ended. Following that, she was able to film an episode of the Farrelly brothers comedy named Good To Shoot, which featured Jason Sudeikis and Owen Wilson. Thereafter the actress appeared in short series films, as well as B-Series movies. In 2013 she got her first role that was more publicized: six episodes from the show detective Franklin and Bash and her debut role as a permanent character in Chosen with Milo Ventimiglia. For the first two seasons, she is Chad Michael Murray and also is the one who responds.
