tito ortiz-1Jacob Christopher is an American mixed martial artist and politician. He is currently signed to Combate Americas. His stints at the Ultimate Fighting Championship are his most prominent. He was a former Light Heavyweight champion and held that title from April 14th, 2000 until September 26, 2003. Along with fighters like Randy Couture and Chuck Liddell, he was one of the early stars of the sport. Ortiz ended up becoming the biggest pay-per-view star of 2006 due to his bouts with Liddell, Forrest Griffin, and Ken Shamrock.Ortiz is the president of Punishment Athletics MMA equipment and clothing collection, which is located in his hometown of Huntington Beach, California.
